Success Bridge was founded in 2013 with the aim of providing specialized and high quality professional services related to foreign investment in Mongolia. Since 2018 our focus has shifted to connecting and supporting local and international businesses to start or expand socially and environmentally businesses in Mongolia.

Business park plan development for a large international mine:
Collected input from management, operations, procurement and community stakeholders, conducted meetings and survey of over 30 national and international suppliers and held meetings with local community leadership and representatives.
Compared four strategic investment and development options and prepared recommendations for the Board of Directors.

She brings a wealth of international business experience and network developed while working as strategy and operations consultant at AT Kearney in North America, as founder of boutique market entry consultancy in Singapore and as graduate of INSEAD - a Top 10 International Business School with programs in France and Singapore.
She is passionate about leading a purposeful life that improves the lives of societies and protects the environment. Odmaa has been a board member of Children of the Peak charity project since 2013 helping fundraise for a kindergarten for 150 children from underprivileged families.

Baatarzaya is an entrepreneur, leader and marketing expert with a career span covering the US, Japan and Mongolian markets.
In addition to providing our clients marketing and brand strategy consulting, he leads Proliance, a pharmaceuticals and chemicals products distributor, as the chairman. Previously he was the Chief Marketing and Comms Director at Mobicom Corporation, Mongolia's first & largest telecom operator, content developer and broadband provider. He has international business experience from working as Brand Manager at British American Tobacco in Japan and Sales Manager at Foundation Marketing in the USA. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama in the US and Tokyo Metropolitan High School in Japan and speaks fluent English and Japanese.
He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quality of Life, an NGO that provides senior day care activities across several locations in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

As a manager at the International and Corporate Relations Department of Trade and Development Bank (#1 bank in Mongolia), Khuslen has managed relations with top foreign invested and local companies in they country. She was the bank's key contact person for several large projects including USD 80 million syndicated lending project and USD 300 million Bond issuance project in international debt capital market.
She's a recipient of Fullbright Scholarship of the U.S. Department of State and graduate of Instititute of Finance and Economics in Mongolia.
